During this holiday season Hospice of Jefferson County invites you to light a bulb on the Hospice Memory Tree in remembrance of a loved one or in honor of someone special in your life. Your donation in memory of a loved one, friend, or to honor someone living, will add a light to the Memory Tree and help Hospice provide care to our patients and their families.
This year, the Memory Tree Memorial and tree lighting will be a virtual event. Evergreen trees in front of the Hospice Residence will be illuminated and Hospice will stream a brief memorial in honor of loved ones who have passed this year. Beginning November 26th through December 20st you can purchase a light in memory of your loved one by going to the Hospice website or by calling Hospice (315) 788-7323.
On Monday, December 20st at 5pm, you will be able to view the Memory Tree Memorial and the lighting of the Hospice evergreen trees on Gotham Road on the Hospice website or Facebook page. The lights will shine at the Hospice Residence throughout the 2021 Holiday Season.
For information on the Memory Tree Memorial and the holiday fundraising event, go to Jeffersonhospice.org, the Hospice Facebook page or stop by the Hospice display at the Food Court at Salmon Run Mall.
Please join us on December 20st as we light the Hospice Residence trees this season in memory and in honor of your loved ones.
